In most cases, your existing data can be exported in bulk to the underlying tables, eliminating the need to manually enter the data into your new application. Reports exist to present the information in a number of different ways. These reports can be customized to meet your company’s specific needs.
- Customer & Vendor Contacts
- Trouble with a quick and easy way to record multiple contacts (or email addresses or phone numbers) for one Customer or Vendor? With this application, list as many contacts for one Customer or Vendor as needed.
- Quotations for Service or Products
- Keep track of your quotes. Identify reasons why some fail. Create a ‘call-back’ list to follow up on quotes, so you can close the deal.
- Sales of Services or Products
- Maintain a complete history of sales by category for each of your customers. Helps identify the most profitable customers and categories of service or product.
- Customized Sales Application
